That's down to the tiny bezels and lack of a home button on the Samsung Galaxy S8, but it's an impressive achievement, as Samsung has effectively packed a phablet-sized screen into a more normal sized body.

But rather than being the usual black colour option we've seen leaked numerous times before, this time around, the handset in the shots comes with a violet finish.

Mashable shared some purported front and profile images of the Samsung Galaxy S8. Blass tweets images of the new phones in "black sky", "orchid grey" and "arctic silver". Both on the top and bottom the fake Galaxy S8 has thin black strips that make it look curved.

The images have been leaked by one of the most popular leakster Evan Blass.

The Galaxy S8+ will come at 899 Euros which is roughly Rs 63,500. The price will also set the user back by nearly$160. Samsung DeX, gear VR and Gear 360 will be available at €150 (Rs 12,000 approx), €129 (Rs 10,000 approx) and €229 (Rs 18,000 approx) respectively.

Samsung's Galaxy S8 device will end up competing with Apple's new iPhone, which is expected to be released in September.

The latest leaks confirm nothing new.

Samsung is expected to unveil the Galaxy S8 March 29 and release the device between April 21 and 29.

The models may become the most expensive smartphones ever sold by Samsung, surpassing the Galaxy S3 LTE released in 2012, which was sold for 994,400 won. Samsung is planning to use Super AMOLED displays with narrow bezels for its flagship smartphones.

It's also the slimmest chip the company has ever made and is far more efficient than many processors now available on the market. As far as photography is concerned, we are expecting these phones to house a 12MP dual-pixel rear camera based on Phase Detection Autofocus (PDAF). Apart from sporting a bigger screen, the S8+ will come with nothing different. The feature will allow users to conduct virtual searches through built-in optical character recognition, capable of recognizing text and identify objects when the camera is pointed at them. While the Galaxy S8 would most likely be a formidable device, rumors are high that the next flagship smartphone would be priced higher than its predecessors.
