Tom Brady's missing jersey from Super Bowl LI has been found after a almost two-month-long search following the New England Patriots' historic victory over the Atlanta Falcons in February. A helmet belonging to a Denver Broncos player was also discovered, National Football League spokesman Brian McCarthy said.

Additionally, there was apparently more than just Brady's jersey stolen - Glazer reported that the Patriots believe other items may have been taken from the Patriots quarterback as well. "I know exactly where I put it", Brady said, according to USA Today Sports.

Police investigators in Houston, where this year's game was played, had valued the jersey at $500,000 after consulting with sports memorabilia experts.

Acevedo didn't name the suspect, but did say that he did not live in Houston. In conjunction with Federal Bureau of Investigation and Mexican authorities, they went to the suspect's known address and found the two jerseys.

The suspect had legitimate access to the event, and wasn't a ticketholder, he said, adding that he anticipates charges against the alleged perpetrator.
