HTC U Play Price slashed in India: threat to 30K phones

The recently launched HTC U Playsmartphone will be coming to the Indian market and will be available for Rs 29990, the company said on Tuesday. However, HTC is selling the U Play for Rs. 29,990 on Amazon, which is a huge price cut.

The handset is available in two color options: Sapphire Blue and Brilliant Black, and can only be purchased from Amazon at the moment.

It also features a fingerprint sensor embedded in the home button. The HTC smartphone sports an accelerometer, ambient light sensor, digital compass, and gyroscope, weighs in at 145 grammes, and measures 145.99×72.9×7.99mm.
