Tottenham Hotspur manager Mauricio Pochettino has hinted that he could opt for a change in formation ahead of Thursday night's (18 May) Premier League trip to Leicester City in order to cope with a current paucity of senior full-back options. "I will enjoy my time here now, who knows what will happen in the future". For us the last two games are important.

"We talk about 'if Tottenham are in the Champions League, it will be more attractive.' But then it's all about if you pay or not when we talk about top players", Pochettino told reporters.

Chelsea manager Antonio Conte, Pedro, N'Golo Kante, and David Luiz celebrate winning the Premier League title.

Harry Redknapp has signed a one-year deal to stay on at Championship side Birmingham City after helping them escape relegation, the club said yesterday.

"It's true we can not change the table but it's important for us now to try to win, for us to compete".

Leicester will be missing some major players for this match with captain Wes Morgan, Robert Huth, Danny Drinkwater, and Nampalys Mendy all expected to miss out. Spurs now have 83 points points heading into their final game of the season on Sunday.

"We were so close again this season, but like last season it was not enough", said Pochettino.

Pochettino admits he needs to strengthen his squad but says Spurs will still not be able to match their rivals in the transfer market.

Pochettino, who again insisted he is staying at Spurs despite being linked with the Inter Milan job, is also desperate to make sure his players rest this summer after another gruelling season. The Belgian has been a crucial player in Tottenham's defence as well as showing off his ball playing abilities with driving runs forward.

"We don't want it to end up that we give one month and a half holidays and then we start the season and nobody is ready".

"We played fast, we pressed them, we made it hard for them and we created chances".

"I feel angry and disappointed because obviously this is not a game we wanted to lose and this is a very big disappointment for us". "I think for the fans it means a lot but in the same way - and I don't want to be wrong - I think our fans are so excited to welcome the new stadium, too".
