Steve Harvey is being sued by ex-wife Mary Shackelford for $60 million, accusing him of "soul murder". This act is defined in E!-obtained court documents as a "combination of torture, deprivation, and brainwashing".

Those docs go on to claim that the talk show host "brainwashed" Vaughn and caused her "severe emotional distress" which led to "attempted suicide and self-medicating". "She walked away with "three homes in the property settlement", as well as "$40,000 each month through March 2009", and "an additional $1.5 million".

The suit was not filed by a lawyer but a person identifying themselves as Mary's "civil rights activist".

TMZ reports that Mary Harvey filed a lawsuit against her famous ex-husband on Wednesday, though they've been divorced since 2005.

Shackelford, who was married to the "Family Feud" host from 1996 to 2005, charged him with numerous complaints in the lawsuit, reported E!

In the videos, Mary also accused Harvey of taking their son from her, but the 2011 court documents revealed that Mary knowingly sent their son to Harvey without Harvey's knowledge. Williams also called the lawsuit "meritless" and "frivolous". Harvey and Bridges-Woods tied the knot in 2007, two years after Steve and his ex-wife parted ways for the final time. In 2013 she was jailed for 30 days for contempt of court after violating a confidentiality clause following their divorce.

Steve is now the host of The Steve Harvey Show and Family Feud.

Harvey's representatives declined the Daily News' request for comment.
