Earlier in this week, we have reported that Xiaomi Mi Max 2 smartphone is rumoured to be launching on May 23. Everything about the Mi Max 2 is a puzzle, yet bits of rumours have portrayed what's in store in the gadget. However, Xiaomi, like it usually does, with time will release the handset in other markets as well. Our guess is that the base model will feature 4GB of RAM paired with 64GB of internal memory, with the highest-performing model going as high as 6GB RAM and 128GB of native storage. Besides it, it also mentions about the 5000mAh battery. The Mi Max 2 is a mid-range device that will command an even lower price tag than the Xiaomi Mi 6, and it's expected to come in two versions, one with a Snapdragon 625 system chip and one with the newest Snapdragon 660 processor. The smartphone will run on Android 7.1.1 Nougat operating system which will be wrapped under MIUI and will be backed up by a 5,000mAh battery. Now we've seen quite a few incorrect leaks take place around the Xiaomi Mi Max 2, so let's hope this poster date turns out to be true. We also expect to see the NFC support along with fingerprint sensor for using the Mi Pay mobile payment service in China. While the Xiaomi Mi Max comes with quiet attractive but the successor seems to be better. The base model of the Mi Max 2 is to be launched at ¥1,499, which generally means Rs. 14,000, and the premium variation will cost ¥1,699 (about Rs. 16,000).
