Durant's shot sends flawless Warriors over Cavs in Finals

Dub Nation and the rest of the National Basketball Association might chuckle heartily at the idea of Cleveland coming back from the brink - down 3-0 in the series - after falling to the Warriors in Game 3. "Implore them to win it for me because it's not important for them to win it for themselves". Curry, who has benefited more than any other player by Durant's arrival and is healthy in these NBA Finals, added 13 rebounds and six assists.

Another reason they did so was Stephen Curry hitting four triples on his way to a triple-double.

"It's the most firepower I've played in my career", said James, who played all but two minutes. He won two titles with the Heat and helped bring the Cavaliers their first championship last season. "We're going to come in tomorrow, watch some film, see ways we can get better and just try to take it one game at a time".

"I want to win just as bad as they do and obviously they probably got a bad taste in their mouth after what happened last year and we had one in our mouth last year from what happened the year before", James said.

The Cavaliers were on the cusp of making the NBA Finals a series, only to have it taken away from them by Kevin Durant and the Warriors in the final minute of Game 3. James bore a heavy burden of the blame for not driving to the basket down the stretch despite the Cavs scoring 46 points in the paint.

This is the first time two teams have met three straight times in the NBA Finals. "And they gave us everything they had", Lue said. "There is a lot of work for us left to do".

"You go against a team like this and you put together a game like we had where we had an opportunity, it's definitely draining".

In the middle of his answer, Kyrie Irving sighed, still shivering from a post-game trip to the cold tub. "And if going home to Cleveland and playing in front of our crowd isn't enough for you, then you might as well go home".

President Trump picks new FBI director
Nunn was a former partner at the firm. "I've worked with Chris for a number of years and always had complete confidence in him". All cable news networks plan to carry the hearing live, as do the broadcast networks of CBS, NBC, ABC and FOX.

Trump v Comey: Who said what
He testifies that he asked Attorney General Jeff Sessions to "prevent any future direct communication" between Trump and himself. Twice after that, Comey states Trump said "he hoped [Comey] could find a way to get out that he wasn't being investigated".

He's just going up against a better team.

The key one came late in the third quarter after Cleveland cut the deficit to four points. "So win, lose, or draw, you live with the results", James said.

In this case, the Golden State Warriors are much, much better.

The off-season appears imminent for the Cavs, which is shocking because when your two best players play that well, you shouldn't lose games.

The Warriors still lead 67-61, but the Pachulia foul and Irving solo sequence helped turn a potential 10- or 11-point lead into a two-possession game in what is a do-or-die Game 3 for the defending National Basketball Association champions.

It didn't look as if Golden State would have its shot at history after Klay Thompson, who finished with 30 points, missed a potential game-tying three-pointer.

And Golden State is hungry - for revenge, in the case of those who suffered last year's ultimate embarrassment, for the chance to make history as the first team to go 16-0 in the playoffs, and for that first taste of championship glory for guys like Durant, David West, and JaVale McGee.
