Eric Trump Goes Off On His Father's Critics: 'They're Not Even People'

The article said Trump ordered his organization to start billing Eric's foundation thousands of dollars even though he knew Eric's cancer charity had not been charging its beneficiaries for the facilities and services it provided.

Sitting down for an interview with Fox News' Sean Hannity, Eric Trump immediately tore into Democrats. He added that he's "never seen hatred like this", though we could probably point him to a few acts of hatred carried out in the past few months that just might compete with the Democrats' interest in due process.

"In the early years, they weren't being billed [for the club] - the bills would just disappear", Ian Gillule, former membership and marketing director of Trump National Westchester, told the magazine. It's so, so sad.

Trump's "not even people" remark quickly evoked comparisons on social media to Hillary Clinton's "basket of deplorables" comment made about President Trump's supporters during the 2016 campaign. "There's no leadership there".

The real estate scion's remarks came the same day as a report that alleged he funneled charity proceeds into the Trump Organization.

"I blame the media because it's out of control", Eric Trump told Hannity.

Eric now is running the Trump Organization with his older brother Donald Jr. while their father serves as president. Yet according to a Forbes report, that may be exactly what the President helped facilitate in conjunction with his second son, Eric.

To make matters worse, Forbes reports that more than $500,000 was taken from St. Jude and re-donated to other charities connected to the Trump family or their interests - many of which had nothing to do with cancer research.

The Trumps seem to struggle with the concept of "charity" as a report reveals that money intended for children's cancer research turned into business revenue.

The Trump family spokespeople claim that the Trumps absolutely did not profit at all from Eric's expense splurge.

Following the election in November, the Trump Organization admitted to violating laws on "self-dealing" - using money meant for a non-profit to benefit its owner. "What have you done today?!" Eric Trump said at the time it was a "horrible statement."
