According to Yahoo, though, the premiere date for one of ABC's biggest new shows has been announced.

Kicking things off with a two-part premiere, Marvel's Royal Family will grace the small screen following a two-week stint in IMAX theaters, where the show's "cinema-quality" visual effects ought to flourish.

What's interesting is that Marvel is going to finally allow a TV series to make it into theaters even though they keep those two worlds separated. Both the IMAX event and initial TV debut date will showcase the first two episodes, both of which were shot with IMAX cameras.

Inhumans will be a little bit of a gamble for Marvel.

The first two episodes of Marvel's Inhumans premiere on September 29 at 8 p.m.

Inhumans is being touted as Game of Thrones meets superheroes. The main conflict will arrive when Maximus the Mad, who is played by Game of Thrones alum Iwan Rheon, tries to wrestle control away from the king and queen of the Inhumans, Black Bolt and Medusa. Not unlike Cloud City or the floating metropolis of Dalaran in World of Warcraft, Attilan appears to be suspended in orbit, and we know from those previous trailers that the homeworld of the Inhumans is about to begin corrupted by tyranny and treason, as Maximus attempts to overthrow his older brother, Black Bolt (Anson Mount).

Are you looking forward to Inhumans? "Inhumans" will debut on about 1,000 Imax screens - roughly a quarter of the screens for a typical wide-release movie does - in 74 countries, in a typically down time of year for moviegoing. Does the premise sound interesting to you?
