It will come loaded with 21 games in all-venerated Nintendo classics like The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past and Super Mario World right alongside third-party games like Mega Man X, Secret of Mana, and Final Fantasy 3.

Of course this will look like the European and Japanese version of the SNES with its rounded corners and colourful face buttons.

The system launches on 29th September and comes with 21 games, including the never before released Star Fox 2.

In the box gamers will get two, wired SNES Classic Mini controllers - so they can immediately get on with multiplayer gaming.

All the games will come bundled with the console and will play on today's televisions, thanks to HDMI support. "With the Super NES Classic Edition, new fans will be introduced to some of the best Nintendo games of all time, while longtime fans can relive some of their favorite retro classics with family and friends".

For the first time, players who purchase the console will have fun with the intergalactic adventures of Star Fox 2, the original Star Fox sequel (originally titled as Starwing) that was created during the era of Super Nintendo but that has not been published yet ... anywhere! Some of the games with multiplayer modes include Street Fighter II Turbo Hyper Fighting, Super Mario Kart, Contra III The Alien Wars and Secret of Mana.
