Three of the victims, Mark Sturgis, 22, Tom Meo, 21, and Dean Finocchiaro, 19, went missing on July 7 while the fourth victim Jimi Tar Patrick, 19, went missing two days earlier.

"I feel a lot of sadness", Bucks County District Attorney Matthew Weintraub said while announcing the charges Friday.

DiNardo, who sold quarter-pound quantities of marijuana for thousands of dollars and handguns, felt cheated or threatened during the drug deals, according to the report.

DiNardo said the men were killed one at a time and at least three were shot, with their bodies burned and buried on the farm, the AP reported. "As parents, Mr. and Mrs. DiNardo sympathize with the parents and families of the missing young men and they are cooperating in every way possible with the investigation being conducted by law enforcement".

"When they (Meo and Sturgis) turned their backs on me, I shot Tom in the back", Dinardo allegedly told detectives questioning him, according to a criminal complaint.

Jimi Taro Patrick, 19, of Newtown Township, was the first to go missing last Wednesday. Later Thursday, police arrested a second person of interest.

"He confessed to his participation or commission in the murders of four young men", Paul Lang, the lawyer, told reporters. When he ran out of ammunition, DiNardo said he ran over Meo with a backhoe.

Kratz is charged with killing three of the men - Finocchiaro, Meo and Sturgis - and both cousins face a slew of other charges, including abuse of a corpse.

They then walked to a remote part of the property where DiNardo said he fatally shot Patrick with a.22-caliber rifle. DiNardo told investigators Patrick only had $800 so he instead agreed to sell the man a shotgun for that amount.

Chelsea's Loftus-Cheek joins Crystal Palace on loan

The DiNardo estate consists of three separate parcels that Cosmo DiNardo's parents, Antonio and Sandra DiNardo, of Bensalem, purchased between 2005 and 2008 for a combined almost $6.5 million. Kratz was arrested later the same day, authorities said. He drove the backhoe to where he had shot Patrick, dug a hole 6 feet deep, and then buried him.

Eric Beitz, who said he had hung out with DiNardo, told that DiNardo routinely sold guns and had talked "about weird things like killing people and having people killed".

DiNardo said he poured gas into the metal tank and set it on fire, and he and his cousin left the farm.

At a morning briefing, Weintraub said police would "continue digging and searching that property until we're satisfied that they are not there".

The trio murdered on July 7 were dumped in a giant metal tank DiNardo called a "pig roaster". He was initially arrested Monday on an unrelated felony firearms possession charge but was released on bail Tuesday evening after posting 10 percent of $1 million bond.

When Meo and Sturgis got out of the vehicle, DiNardo said he shot Meo in the back and then shot Sturgis who was trying to run away, according to the district attorney's office. One stems from a December 2016 incident that resulted in the filing of burglary, criminal trespassing, theft, receiving stolen property, and other charges. DiNardo's bail was set at $5 million in cash, the highest that Bucks County Magisterial District Judge Maggie Snow has ever set, she said. He was prohibited from possessing a firearm because he had a mental illness and had been involuntarily committed to a mental institution for inpatient care, court documents said.

Patrick attended Loyola University in Maryland on a full scholarship and was majoring in business, his grandparents said in a statement.
