Tottenham Hotspur sold Clinton Njie on a permanent basis to Marseille after the Cameroon forward failed to secure a regular role at White Hart Lane.

The Cameroon global joined Spurs in 2015, but has failed to establish himself in the Premier League, making just 14 appearances for the club.

Marseille took the Cameroon worldwide on loan last season and the deal contained an option to buy for 7million euros.

After returning to France, he managed to score four times in 22 outings for Marseille.
