Abducted 1-year-old boy prompts Amber Alert in Monterey County

-On Monday morning at approximately 4:47 a.m., Emiliano Salinas, a 1-year-old from Soledad, was abducted after a thief stole the auto with the baby in the back seat.

Salinas, who is about 2 feet tall and weighs 23 pounds, was last seen in a auto seat in the rear of the vehicle, according to the CHP.

Amber Alert issued for abducted one-year-old boy: the CHP is asking the public to watch for a 1992 white Honda Accord, CA license plate # 6RGB061. He was last seen wearing a black and white shirt and gray trousers, authorities said.

Emiliano went missing in Soledad about 4:47 a.m.
