He was caught using his cell phone whilst driving.

Police later confirmed that Justin was "issued a citation for using his phone while driving".

They report Bieber was driving around in his Mercedes G-Wagon when a police officer spotted him.

The 23-year-old singer was snapped getting pulled over at the Montage hotel in Beverly Hills, California, his tattoos visible as he talked to a cop from the driver's seat.

Justin has been a controversial figure since shooting to fame with his single "Baby" in 2010 and has had a number of issues with the law, paparazzi and fans.

Well, Bell is at the top of his profession and will make the most money of any National Football League running back in 2017. As a result, Bell will earn $12.1 million under the franchise tag in 2017 and become an unrestricted free agent next year.

"Cops tell us Justin was calm and cooperative, took his ticket and moved along without further incident", TMZ explained.

The result is that the singer, who has been very co-operative, has been sentenced to a fine fine of 162 million and was able to leave quietly after having been called to order.

It's not the first time Justin has been cautioned for a driving related incident. Later that year the singer was arrested again and this time charged with risky driving and assault, after a collision between a minivan and an ATV near his hometown of Stratford, Ontario.
