Despite the setback, 2 Chainz launched his Pretty Girls Like Trap Music tour at Tuscon, AZ's Rialto Theater Wednesday night (August 9), perched in a custom pink wheelchair with the word "TRAP" scrawled across the back. The rapper formerly known as Tity Boi kept the nature of his injury under wraps for almost two weeks, before addressing his fans with a heartfelt post. Instead, the show went on with 2 Chainz performing his entire set in Tucson, Arizona sitting down on a pink wheelchair. The Atlanta rapper made it clear that he has no intention of stopping the show, even after his doctor told him "well, looks like your gonna have to cancel your tour".

"After all the morphine and pains meds wore off I called management and said somebody find me a 'pink wheelchair, '" he wrote.

2 Chainz's tour of the USA runs through the end of next month. "If I can do it you can too".

The Pretty Girls Like Trap Music tour continues on Friday night (Aug. 11) with a show in Anaheim, California.
