Taylor Swift is no longer a defendant in a lawsuit brought by a former DJ in Colorado who says her allegation that he groped her led to his firing, a judge ruled Friday evening.

Swift countersued, claiming sexual assault.

Mueller sued the three after Swift's team reported the 2013 encounter in Denver to his bosses. Furthermore, the case will continue its hearing on arguments on Taylor Swift's countersuit against Mueller this coming Monday. After she reached down, she found a man's hand on her butt.

Moreover, Mueller also sued Swift's mother, Andrea Swift, and her radio handler, Frank Bell, on the same allegations.

This claim is for a symbolic $1, with Taylor Swift stating that she wants the opportunity to stand up and be the voice for other women, and it will still be considered by the jury.

Swift's assistants testified in depositions that as soon as the photo session ended, the singer told everyone in the room about the incident.

The alleged assault occurred in 2013 during a Denver stopover on the singer's Red tour.
