Tropical Storm Harvey has formed about 200 miles east of the Windward Islands, according to the National Hurricane Center, packing wind speeds near 40 mph. As of Thursday afternoon, the National Hurricane Center gave 92L a 60% chance of developing into a named system over the next 2 days as the system moves west northwest. Favourable upper level pattern across the islands could result in enhancement of this system which has a high (80-90%) chance of becoming a tropical storm as it crosses our area.

A Hurricane Hunter aircraft determined that Harvey, which was previously a tropical disturbance, had a defined center and sustained winds near 40 miles per hour with higher gusts. It was on track to pass near or over Barbados early Friday on a path toward Central America.

Brienne of Tarth is a strong fighter, who we guess will be kept around until after the final battle with the White Walkers. After Game of Thrones season 7, episode 5 shows Jon Snow's men getting ready for an expedition North of the Wall.

Continued gradual development of this system is possible over the next couple of days as it travels west-northwestward at 15-20 miles per hour.

This allows the NHC to begin posting tropical watches and warnings ahead of time for those systems that are deemed likely to become tropical cyclones in relatively short order and have an impact in coastal areas. National Hurricane Center forecast discussion says that some models have the storm degenerating into an open wave by early next week.

Another disturbance, moving westward across the Atlantic, showed a medium chance of forming into a cyclone over the next five days.
