Chelsea Clinton tweeted a defense of President Donald Trump's youngest son, Barron, on Monday night after a scathing article criticized his clothing.

Barron Trump, 11, was criticized for dressing too casually in an article titled: "It's High Time Barron Trump Starts Dressing Like He's In the White House".

"The Daily Caller, for whatever reason, because they did not have enough to do, because the eclipse wasn't enough to keep them happy, made a decision to criticize the clothing worn by Barron Trump", host John Berman said angrily.

"Leave Barron alone" became the rallying cry for political journalists and politicians alike on Tuesday after Fox Host Tucker Carlson's news site published a "mean spirited" article imploring Trump's youngest son start dressing the part of presidential son.

It's not the first time Chelsea has defended Barron Trump.

Netanyahu to press Putin over Iran's Syrian foothold
Beyond concerns about Iran, Netanyahu's talks with Putin are also likely to involve coordinating their military actions in Syria. Israel argued that, if Iran remained in Syria, it would become a base for missiles being launched into Israel and Jordan.

Stephanie Grisham, a spokeswoman for Mrs. Trump, appealed to the media to give Barron space to be a kid. "Standing up for every kid also means opposing POTUS policies that hurt kids", she said then.

Chelsea is a mother of two, she was growing up in the White House but the world wasn't digitalised that time, there were no social media. Which makes the article's assertion that "the least he could do is dress the part when he steps out in public" even more freakish. A few examples are when he joined his parents for the White House Easter Egg Roll back in April, when he arrived at Mar-a-Lago in March, and when he definitely impressed during his father's inauguration wearing a dark suit and tie.

"Sorry, disagree, kids including #BarronTrump are off limits - don't we have enough online #hate?"

"Let's not pretend the press is suddenly concerned about defending the Trumps", Coglianese said told the AP in an email. Notoriously private first lady Melania Trump and the President have largely shielded their son, now 11, from the spotlight, and refrain from commenting on private family matters.
