TMZ reports that Jean-Claude Van Damme's son Nicholas Van Varenberg was arrested after cops responded to a call that'd claimed he'd punched an elevator in his Tempe, Ariz. apartment building. While siblings Bianca Bree, Sterling Rice and Kristopher Van Damme have led more public lives, Varenberg has tended to shy away from the spotlight.

When they arrived, they found a trail of blood leading to his apartment and noticed he'd injured his hand after speaking to him and his roommate.

He told officers Nicholas was angry that he had opened the door for them.
