Sam Smith announces new album's title

Grammy Award-winning singer-songwriter Sam Smith will perform August Golden 1 Center, as part of his "The Thrill Of It All" tour. He performed the album's two lead singles, the stone-faced lament "Too Good At Goodbyes" and atheist hymn "Pray". Each ticket purchased online for any of the US dates on the tour will include a copy of the new album. Tickets go on sale October 12 via Ticketmaster and the venue box office, but prices are not yet available; there's a fan pre-sale on October 11.

Speaking about that trip, Sam tells Billboard, "I.came back embarrassed that I had known so little about the world and other people's lives".

Fans who preorder Smith's new album will receive both "Too Good at Goodbyes" and "Pray" as instant downloads. Those who pre-order the album on his official website will instantly receive the album track "Pray", in addition to the single, "Too Good at Goodbyes", which is now Top 15 at Pop and Hot AC.
