Though the Marvel Cinematic Universe has given most of its Avengers the chance to shine in their own respective stories, the spotlight has all but evaded the team's resident slugger, The Incredible Hulk.

But now he has teased that Marvel Studios President Kevin Feige has chose to make the Hulk the main focus of the next three MCU movies, negating the need for his own standalone story.

"So basically, Kevin [Feige] pulled me aside before this, and said, 'If you were gonna do a... if we were going to do a standalone Hulk movie, what would it be?' And I said, 'I think it should be this, this, this, and this and this, and ends up like this.' And he's like, 'I love that". Tracking accuracy should improve in the coming weeks since Thor: Ragnarok begins its global rollout in the United Kingdom and Taiwan on October 24th, then hitting every major movie market until closing out with Canada, China, India, Japan, and more on November 3rd.

Based on the Infinity War teaser shown at San Diego Comic-Con, we know the god of thunder does bump into the Guardians of the Galaxy at some point in the future, but it doesn't sound like that will be teased in Ragnarok.

Ruffalo also implied that Hulk and Banner may begin to work separately of one another, stating, "Hulk speaking is the start to separating of these two individuals, these identities in this split-identity person". Black Panther is actually the next scheduled MCU film (set to premiere February 2018) but seeing how Thor has never met T'Challa, I'd be surprised if either scene related to that film. Waititi previously explained that he approached the movie as a standalone film, despite respecting what had come before it. "And they don't want to make money".
