- Gainesville police were called to an after-hours clinic after a heated confrontation between a patient and a doctor that was caught on video.

He says the video patient Jessica Stipe posted was the last minute of an "hour-long episode" that included Stipe cussing and threatening staff, even after her co-payment was returned. "Go to the ER and wait for nine hours", the doctor can be heard saying. "In a post on the clinic's Facebook page, he says Stipe was ". increasingly belligerent and abusive to the office staff".

When Courtney said that she was recording the entire encounter, the doctor got irate and grabbed the phone out of her hand. However, till 7:45 p.m. she was not seen by the doctor despite being in severe pain and she had apparently thrown up in a trash can also.

"Are you kidding me?" Following an argument, the doctor literally kicked her out of the clinic.

The video, which can be viewed below, shows Peter Gallogly arguing with Stipe about the wait time. "I got seven rooms back there", the physician snaps.

As Stipe and her daughter leave, the doctor asks if he's being recorded before snatching the cell phone. I asked for my co pay back so I could leave and go back home to bed and try to be seen elsewhere tomorrow because I'm just that miserable that all I want is my bed.

The video had 250,000 views and almost 4,000 shares on Facebook as of Wednesday.

A person who answered the phone at the Gainesville After-Hours Clinic on Thursday declined to comment, but a statement on the medical center's Facebook page states that there was more to the exchange. "When I walked into the waiting room, Ms. Stipe (and her daughter) cursed and threatened me as they had done with the office staff previously".

In her Facebook post, Stipe said she talked with Gainesville police yet that they couldn't squeeze charges in light of the fact that there were no wounds.

"I went to the front desk only because after Ms. Stipe received her refund, she refused to leave the office, and continued her abusive behavior towards staff". "You know this was uncalled for & for those of you who don't and are being rude and hateful to me and my child".

"At the very end of the events, I most regrettably lost my temper, and spoke to the two women in a most unprofessional manner".
