While Gay and Mills are certainly not Leonard and Parker, the Spurs have shown the ability to still win games under head coach Gregg Popovich.

The Rockets finish the preseason 5-1 after falling in their finale to the San Antonio Spurs 106-97 Friday night at Toyota Center.

Most recently, the Los Angeles native missed training camp and the entire 2017 preseason because of the left quad injury, per McDonald. These Spurs are old at their core, with 37-year-old Pau Gasol, 40-year-old Manu Ginóbili, and 32-year-old LaMarcus Aldridge all expected to still play key roles.

An IRCTC spokesperson said, "First, a group of seven passengers complained and were attended to by the on-board supervisor". Mumbai-based Jayesh Nadkarni's sister was travelling in the train along with their niece and a nephew.

Popovich said there remains no timetable for Leonard's return, even beyond Wednesday's opener. "I try not to qualify it". Parker suffered a ruptured quadriceps tendon during the Western Conference semi-finals against the Houston Rockets in May.

The Spurs are likely in big trouble should Leonard's quads continue to keep him shelved. With two of their top players recovering from their respective injuries, the Spurs will rely on Rudy Gay and Patty Mills. He aggravated that sprain in Game 1 of the conference finals and sat out the rest of San Antonio's 4-0 series loss to the Golden State Warriors.

Leonard is coming off a season in which he averaged 25.5 points, 3.5 assists and 5.8 rebounds and finished third in the NBA MVP voting. Stay tuned for the latest Kawhi Leonard injury update.
