Mumbai: Actor Ranveer Singh has wrapped up work on his role as Alauddin Khilji for Sanjay Leela Bhansali's "Padmavati", and turned up for a celebration with his co-star Deepika Padukone. The actress has been flooded with appreciation for her effortless performance of Ghoomar. The film's release is yet about three to four weeks away, but the onscreen Padmavati throws an impromptu party already to celebrate the response that she has been receiving. Soon, Deepika responded in kind and wrote a letter to Alia, mentioning that she's her biggest fan.

Deepika and Ranveer will next be seen in Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Padmavati which is all set to release on December 1, 2017. On Friday, as Ranveer Singh posted a picture from his GQ Magazine cover, sizzling in a red suit with the caption, "Red, red wine, stay close to me", Deepika was one of the first few to comment on the photo.

Attending the party was Badhshah of Bollywood Shah Rukh Khan with wife Gauri Khan, filmmaker Karan Johar, Alia Bhatt, Kriti Sanon, Jhanvi Kapoor, Sara Ali Khan, Juno Chopra, Ishaan Khattar, Ritesh Sidhwani, Abhishek Bachchan and Zoya Akhtar, among others.
