Sony Reveals Skyrim VR PSVR Bundle, New TV Spot

Skyrim VR will be making its way onto the market this November and Sony couldn't wait to bundle it up in a nice little package. The game includes the critically-acclaimed core game and official add-ons - Dawnguard, Hearthfire, and Dragonborn. For those who are longtime fans of the game, Skyrim VR will transport you right into the game's epic world. Today, Sony announced it is releasing a Skyrim PSVR bundle for PS4, which will go on sale in North America very soon.

If you somehow haven't yet ventured into the snowy world of The Elder Scrolls V, the story returns to Tamriel, which the dragons have appeared in after countless years. The prophesied hero, Dragonborn, can harness the power of dragons using The Voice; they are the only one who can stand among them, and use their power. Here's what Sony had to say, "This is the full length open-world game you have been waiting to experience in virtual reality". You can take a look at the packaging below.

The $449.99 PlayStation VR Skyrim Bundle is the complete bundle that has everything needed to play any PSVR game. The controllers can also be customised to the player's movement to switch between standard moving options, and the trickier teleportation mechanic that was later added.

This bundle will come with the updated PS VR system featuring revised design that enables the stereo headphone cables to be integrated with the VR headset, and a slimmer, streamlined connection cable. The new bundle will launch later this month, on November 17th. There's also new HDR pass-through on the processing unit so you don't have to fumble around with the cables to achieve that feature from your PS4 to your TV. What are you most excited for?
