'Padmavati' makers open to screen the film to quell the doubts

The filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali is very well known for making the attractive and excellent movies based on historical events.

Aditi Rao Hydari has come out in support of director Sanjay Leela Bhansali, saying people should respect the filmmaker's vision. "We have regressed. The only people we are answerable to is the censor board, and I know and I believe that nothing can stop the release of this film". The protest against the movie is at the peak and its release is certainly in danger. Just yesterday, we heard Salman Khan voice his opinion about the Padmavati row. The members of the Rajput Karni Sena have demanded that the film should be screened for them before it releases. The members are continuously seeking a ban on the movie. The outfits claim that various historical facts in Padmavati have been distorted and wrongly depicts a romance between Rani Padmini and Alauddin Khilji, which director Sanjay Leela Bhansali has denied. We condemn such a heinous portrayal our queen. The film has always been a part of controversies since the time it was announced, and the film which is set to release on 1st December, the protests are increasing day by day.
