McGowan, who has starred in Charmed and Scream, turned herself in to a magistrate's office in Loudoun County, Virginia yesterday (November 14) in response to an outstanding felony warrant on charges of drug possession.

Officers have said that evidence of cocaine was found, and that police had tried to contact McGowan in order for the actress to appear at a court in Virginia. During the flight, she did not take her wallet out of her bag, she told me.

The felony charge stems from what prosecutors say was cocaine found among McGowan's personal belongings left behind on a January 20 flight to Washington Dulles International Airport in Virginia.

As Farrow revealed in The New Yorker, Weinstein in fact was working to discredit McGowan, who had tweeted months before the warrant was issued that she had been raped by an unnamed studio head.

McGowan then realized her wallet was missing when she arrived at baggage claim.
