While we know the general premise of the game's first expansion, Bungie will stream a full reveal to go in-depth on the destination, characters, and enemies we will meet on Wednesday, November 15. The Raid Lair coming in Curse of Osiris is called "Leviathan, Eater of Worlds" and it takes place underneath Calus' opulent Palace.

The first of three Destiny 2 - Expansion I: Curse of Osiris livestreams will be broadcast at 11:00 am PST/ 2:00 pm EST/7 pm GMT.

Eater of Worlds is created to be shorter but more hard than Leviathan, and Bungie is calling this a Raid Lair as opposed to a straight Raid. You set out on a quest to Mercury to find Osiris, the most power Warlock to ever live, and the key to repelling this new threat. Future streams about Curse of Osiris will unravel more information. These will take place in the same general location (in this case, on a giant, planet-eating ship) but offer new challenges, puzzles, places, and even a new end boss for players to overcome in a somewhat shorter overall experience.

Here's the trailer from Paris Games Week. It turns out that the gate where you can enter the forest is stationed there, and it ties in with Osiris' lighthouse, which some players may remember from the original Destiny after completing the Trials of Osiris. However, it does seem that Bungie has learnt from its mistakes around the lacklustre House of Wolves and The Dark Below expansions. For players who have been plugged in since its console release back in September and its PC release last month, there's been a lot of interest in some fresh content.

After we defeated Ghaul in the Destiny 2 campaign, the Traveler awakened and spread its light through our solar system and past our galaxy. "There is story everywhere", said Harris. Next we see Osiris getting surrounded by Vex. We don't yet know what kind of task this will be tied to. "'Too much damn story [furious typing movements]'".

As the story unfolds, we will get to know Osiris better and know what he and the Vex are after.
