PUBG Xbox One X to Run at 30fps, Greene Clarifies

Initially it seemed like Xbox One X owners were going to get a silky smooth 60fps experience, with Brendan Greene being quoted as saying "Definitely on Xbox One X, 60FPS" in GamesTM issue 194. They'll certainly be keen on trying, though.

30FPS until the game is optimized for Xbox One.

The astronomically popular PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds launches later this month on Xbox One, and ahead of its release a trickle of information is starting to filter through. Maybe we'll see these features end up in the regular versions.

Greene did say that it was "early in dev (development)" and that the team at Bluehole will be constantly refining and looking at options to increase FPS, but said they were unable to confirm further details at this time.
