Vodafone announces cashback up to Rs 2200 on Micromax smartphones

The Micromax Bharat 5 has been priced at Rs.5,555 in India and will go on sale across retail stores across the country soon. It boasts of a 5.2-inch full HD display and runs Android Nougat out-of-the-box. It has 16GB of built-in storage and supports expandable storage up to 16GB via a microSD card.

Speaking of the camera capabilities of Microsoft Bharat 5, the device is equipped with a 5MP sensor on the back side with LED flash. It comes with a 5.2-inch HD (1280x720p) display on the front. As part of the offer, Vodafone customers can get up to Rs. 2200 cashback on selected Micromax smartphones.

Continuing the success of the Bharat series, Micromax welcomed yet another ultra-affordable smartphone called the Bharat 5 on Friday. Dubbed as Micromax Bharat 5, the smartphone will be unveiled at an event held in Gurgaon at 12:00 PM onwards.

No hardware specifications of the smartphone are known yet of the Bharat 5.

Battery: This time Nokia beats Xiaomi with its long lasting 4,100mAh battery as compared to Redmi 5A's 3,000mAh battery. The dual-SIM smartphone comes with 4G VoLTE support. The smartphone disappoints even more with just 2-megapixel front camera.

However, Xiaomi is also giving a Rs 1,000 discount on the first 50 lakh Redmi 5A phones it sells, bringing down the price to effectively Rs 4,999 and 5,999.
