What is the Invisible Box Challenge... and how to do it?

Have you taken the Invisible Box challenge, yet? Dubbed "The Invisible Box" challenge, this new trend involves tapping a non-existent box and then stepping over it with no help whatsoever. Judy John Baptiste, a dance teacher at the Basement Dance Studio, says imagining the box is the "first and foremost" thing you need to do. Olivar's video follows another from August from a football player in Indiana.

The move has a name - The Invisible Box Challenge.

And yet it's possible - just look at high school cheerleader Ariel Oliver from Manvel High School in Texas.

While a small minority seem to have effortlessly mastered the trick, others fail hilariously, with some tripping over their own feet and others just falling straight over.

"Very explosive hip flexor, abdominal and glute strength is what is driving the leg up and over the "box", Ebenezer said.
