Ford regularly appears on MSNBC's " Morning Joe ", where now-disgraced political reporter Mark Halperin was also a frequent guest. He added: "I support and have tremendous respect for the courageous women now speaking out in this important national dialogue".

The young actor joins the cast which now features Zachary Levi as the titular superhero, Asher Angel as Billy Batson, Grace Fulton, and Mark Strong as Doctor Sivana.
