Odinga withdrew from the repeat presidential poll on October 26 despite taking part in the August 26 ballot in which President Kenyatta was declared the victor.

The Supreme Court dismissed three petitions against the result, paving the way for Mr Kenyatta to be sworn in for his second and last term.
