After throwing 16 or more interceptions in each of his first three National Football League seasons, Bortles has limited that number to eight this season to go along with 3,147 passing yards and 19 touchdowns.

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - Texans Pro Bowl wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins and Pro Bowl outside linebacker Jadeveon Clowney are both active for Sunday's road game against the Jacksonville Jaguars, as coach Bill O'Brien predicted they would be.

He missed one other game this season because of the ankle injury and also sat out a game because of a violation of team rules.
