Krrish 4 will be arriving in 2020, on the big eve of Christmas.

Breaking the news, Rakesh Roshan tweeted "Today is perhaps the best day to make the release day of Krrish 4 official".

Christmas 2020! Quite a long wait isn't it? A gift for all of you on Hrithik's birthday.

Krrish has been the franchise of the Roshans.

Mil Gaya was inspired by Steven Spielberg's 1982 film ET while the Krrish films were about the titular superhero (played by Hrithik), who was born to Rohan (also Hrithik Roshan), the lead of Koi. While Kangana Ranaut and Vivek Oberoi essayed the role of the villain in Krrish 3, Naseeruddin Shah played the antagonist's role in Krrish. Rajat Bedi played the villain in Koi Mil Gaya. The actor will next be seen in a biopic for the first time wherein he will bring to screen the life of mathematics genius Anand Kumar in Super 30.
