O'Riordan enjoyed solo success after finding fame with The Cranberries

As Dolores was a renowned singer and songwriter, many of her famous peer have since taken to Twitter to mourn her untimely death. Like so many performers who are more at home on the stage than in their everyday environment, she seemed to be wracked with insecurity.

The band enjoyed multi-platinum success with the albums "Everybody Else Is Doing It, So Why Can't We?" and "No Need to Argue".
