A Davinson Sanchez own goal and Harry Kane header were separated by just three minutes as a draw seemed to be the fair result at the end. Everyone with this weather will struggle a bit. It's an epidemic across Europe not just here in the UK.

Southampton and Tottenham played out a 1-all draw in an English Premier League match this morning.

The in-form Spurs man took to Instagram ahead of kick-off at St Mary's in the Premier League, to post a throwback picture of him cuddling his loved one Kate Goodland.

I honestly can't see this being anything other than a Spurs win and more pressure on Southampton, who could easily sit in the relegation places after this weekend.

Spurs have won their last three away Premier League games on a Sunday by an aggregate score of 13-2 - this is their first such match since their opening weekend win against Newcastle.

'They are ill, yes, they stay at home in London to try to recover as soon as possible, ' said Pochettino.

However, Danny Rose remains out with a knee injury that he aggravated earlier this month while Harry Winks is also still recovering from an ankle injury so both player will miss the Southampton clash.

"It's always special, I had an incredible time, one-and-a-half years, it was awesome for us and our families", the Spurs chief continued.

'For sure the hard moments are more important than the easier moments, 100 per cent.

"We are going to have a very busy period and we need all the squad available to play".

Southampton is seemingly a relatively good hunting ground for Tottenham Hotspur, especially considering their recent form on the south coast. They kept a clean sheet in wins at Burnley and Swansea too, so should be able to keep the Saints' weak attack at bay. I didn't hear anything official. "I am relaxed, calm", he said.

That is a rumour and I don't want to speak about it.

Asked whether he expects any additions, he said: "To be honest, it's hard but in some point you always dream".
