Upton did not specify in either of the posts whether Marciano had behaved inappropriately towards her. Spokespeople for Guess have not, at the time of writing, offered any comment about Upton's allegation.

Adding to this, the woman said she spoke with other Guess employees, who said that was just the culture of the company.

Soon after she uploaded a screengrab of her tweet to her Instagram page.

Upton shared her tweet on Instagram and added, "He shouldn't be allowed to use his power in the industry to sexually and emotionally harass women #metoo".

Stopped by a TMZ photographer arriving at Los Angeles International Airport sometime later, Upton vowed to go into details about sexual abuse allegedly perpetrated by Marciano.

Marciano insists he's never touched Upton, and has never even been alone with her.

Marciano founded Guess Jeans in 1981, and in 2015 stepped down as CEO but remained both the executive chairman and the chief creative officer.

Marciano said to the celebrity news outlet that, "if she has a claim", there's only one place for it: a court of law, or with the police. Marciano threw some shade Upton's way when he accused her of showing up to set after late nights "looking terrible". Upton did not say whether she was referring to a personal case or speaking on behalf of someone else.
