Netflix had already released a teaser for Jessica Jones' second season.

Alongside the cool trailer, the streaming giant treats fans to a new poster of the sophomore season of the Marvel series. More thank likely he will be a figment of Jessica's imagination, but with series like this, you never know! "I have 17 years of questions and they are deep". The fact that she also actively runs away from her problems and is far from a ideal woman is icing on the cake.

Jessica Jones: Season 2's plot synopsis: "New York City private investigator Jessica Jones (Krysten Ritter) is beginning to put her life back together after murdering her tormenter, Kilgrave". Again, this is not news; pictures of filming showed David Tennant on set with Krysten Ritter, but we've not been sure exactly how the villain will return, until now.

After killing her tormentor Kilgrave at the end of the first season as well as her heroic exploits teaming up with the Defenders, Jessica is starting to settle back into her old life of hard drinking when she's drawn back into a case of a new serial killer haunting the streets of NY.

The trailer states that Jones isn't the only one of her kind, with Jones questioning the unnamed character being played by Janet McTeer: "How many others are there like me?"

One of the most exciting aspects of the trailer is the cameo by Jessica's friend Trish Walker, who is slated to eventually becomes a superhero in her own right.
