Timing, totals for incoming winter storm

As of 9:30 a.m., more than 740 flights have been cancelled on Friday at O'Hare, and more than 280 have been cancelled on Friday at Midway. But Racine County could see up to three inches of snow before midnight. Chance of precipitation is 20 percent. The ice and snow will continue in upstate NY, western Pennsylvania and into New England.
