Gordon, now 29 and pictured above (this weekend's mugshot in the inset), was booked in jail on Saturday and eventually charged with battery by the Seminole County Sheriff's Department.

The officer who filed the report confirmed that he saw visible marks on Nick's girlfriend, and described them as a "visible injury to include slightly swollen bottom lip with dried blood".

After they returned to their home, where she said they've lived together for the past six months, a verbal altercation ensued.

He claimed she attacked him for no reason and that she is "crazy".

Gordon told deputies that he and his girlfriend, who he's been with for a year, had been drinking.

Leal refused medical treatment and declined to press charges.

Gordon was arrested in Seminole, Florida, on Saturday following a dispute with his girlfriend, Laura Leal.

It's the second time Gordon has been charged with domestic violence in less than a year. He posted a $500 bond, but has not been released as of yet. He was accused of beating his girlfriend in June 2017, but was not prosecuted.

Leal later withdraw the charges following his arrest and petitioned the judge to have the case dismissed in August. Houston's family blames him for the death of Kristina Brown after she was found face-down and unresponsive in a bathtub at their Atlanta home.

Brown's autopsy revealed she had marijuana, alcohol, a cocaine-related substance, anxiety medication, and morphine in her system, but her manner of death has been labeled "undetermined" as they can't tell if it was intentional or accidental.

Gordon was found legally responsible for the death of Brown, who died at 22 in 2015. She also refused to complete any domestic violence paperwork.
