The world got a refreshing glimpse of the old Taylor Swift during the 2018 iHeartRadio Music Awards on Sunday, March 12.

The fourth single to be taken from her Number 1 album reputation, Taylor dances like no-one is watching, literally, after being given the power to be invisible. Taylor Swift plays a standard celebrity who's exhausted of the never-ending fame and media attention.

Taylor collaborated with her frequent music video director Joseph Kahn for the new visual. Qualley starts the clip in a similarly-toned dress looking bored at a gala before she makes her escape and goes wild to the tune of "Mutant Brain" by Sam Spiegel & Ape Drums ft.

The video opens with Swift dolled up at a gala.

She escapes to her dressing room, where the songstress makes amusing faces at herself in the mirror. Just then a bunch of girls walk in and Swift turns to smile, but no one notices.

Soon, though, she realizes she's suddenly become invisible, and lets loose, kicking off her heels and dancing in a manner best described as spastically inelegant.

Now, for those of you who've seen Taylor Swift dance before, you know she tends to be a bit bold ... and awkward.

She is seen pulling a number of amusing faces in the video and dancing in the street before taking over the hotel lobby.

As of now, Taylor Swift is rehearsing for her upcoming world tour.

The clip also features a sly nod to Swift's beau, Joe Alwyn, as she dances down a city street, past a sign for "Joe's Deli".

The video isn't what you may expect after hearing the song.
