In an emotional farewell speech, Tillerson warns Russian Federation and snubs Trump

Tillerson did not address reports that he had only learned of his sacking earlier that day when he read about it in Trump's tweet, but said he had since spoken to the president by telephone. Trump added: "But with Mike, we've had a very good chemistry right from the beginning".
