As per reports, amid the high tension about Neymar, who is likely to hand over a transfer request, PSG president Nasser Al- Khelaifi visited the Brazilian's residence to take the matter into his cognizance.

It is widely believed, however, that the reason the Brazilian left Barcelona was to escape Lionel Messi's shadow - so a potential return to the Catalan side would seem unlikely.

Paris Saint-Germain are reportedly interested in signing David De Gea, who is also being targeted by Real Madrid for a summer move.

Neymar Sr. and Al-Khelaifi moving to reassure people about Neymar's stay in Ligue 1 is understandable after Henrique recently said "I can not guarantee" the player's future, per Anthony Chapman of The Sun.

The Brazilian has shown on a consistent basis how easy he finds Ligue 1, but there have been multiple reports suggesting he is unsettled at the club.

"Neymar already has a present at PSG". Paul Pogba was the most expensive player following his move from Juventus to Manchester United for a fee of around £89 ($123m) in 2016 until he was eclipsed by Neymar last summer. Player power is such that if Neymar wants to go to Madrid, a deal will get done, which is part of the reason why Al-Khelaifi flew so far to go on a charm offensive in Brazil this week.

"He is doing his best to come back as soon as possible - he is in good shape".

Brazil's national team is hoping the striker will be back to full fitness in time to help lead the campaign at the World Cup starting in Russian Federation on June 14.
