Flu deaths hit new record, topping 300 in state this season

There were more than 22,600 flu cases total this season, many medical professionals in New Jersey have been left tired from this year's outbreak, which could end up rivaling the 2009 swine flu pandemic, according to some experts. A month before, February 4-10, the number of confirmed cases was 65.
