Security research firm Elcomsoft has posted its observations tracking one feature in the developer betas of iOS 11.3 and now 11.4 that has yet to go public: USB Restricted Mode.

With USB Restricted Mode on, many users may not notice the difference during normal use of their phone. That's 7-days if the iPhone has not been unlocked or connected to a trusted computer in those 7-days.
