In the meantime, eagle-eyed observers have pointed out that this isn't the first time Schlossberg has made his hateful views public. The fast-casual restaurant, Fresh Kitchen, opened a month ago and is across the street from the lawyer's office.

People who know the attorney have reached out to King, who has tweeted out other videos of Schlossberg behaving badly - his disdain for immigrants and foreigners appears to be nothing new. Other videos and accounts of Schlossberg haranguing people have since surfaced.

Schlossberg has returned to work, according to a PIX11 video posted on Youtube, but he has refused to make a statement. "You don't run into people, I'm a citizen here, you're not".

"It's very toxic rhetoric that is poisoning the atmosphere", Espaillat said.

He continued: "Factors a disciplinary committee will consider in deciding what if any discipline is warranted include extenuating circumstances and whether Mr. Schlossberg has prior discipline".

Fox 5 called the law firm and emailed the Schlossberg for comment but has not heard back.

As previously reported, the now viral video (shared by Edward Suazo) shows Schlossberg berating an employee at Midtown's Fresh Kitchen.

Fognini finds sweet spot in Rome with epic lob
He has another chance to regain the top spot this week and will replace Roger Federer at No.1 if he wins an eighth Rome title. Last year, Halep rolled her ankle in the final and lost a lead and the championship to Elina Svitolina.

Gina Haspel appointment confirms Senate will 'tolerate rot at Government's core'
Haspel may have possibly done her self some good when trying to get Senator Warner's vote as well. John McCain (R-AZ), who is home receiving treatment for brain cancer, was not able to vote.

On Tuesday, Schlossberg's verbal assault was captured in a video that was widely shared and condemned on social media. "I'm going to call the police", Schlossberg says.

On his website profile, Schlossberg touts his "skilled representation in commercial and insurance law that is backed by extensive experience with both litigation and pre-litigation dispute resolution".

The manager tried to diffuse the situation by saying that sometimes the workers do speak Spanish. During the confrontation with the ultra-Orthodox protesters, he bragged about having traveled to Israel twice.

"His actions are just not consistent with our community and rules and regulations", the company's president, Hayim Grant, told the Post.

The 44-year-old lawyer is also facing backlash from officials of the state of NY. He has since been identified as attorney Aaron Schlossberg.

"This is the most linguistically diverse city", he said, "not only in the world but in the history of the world". His reason? Two customers had the audacity to speak Spanish to an employee who also spoke Spanish, ruining this patriot's ability to enjoy the eatery's menu options, such as pho, tacos, and quesadillas, in a city where more than 200 languages are spoken. He'd have to learn the Native American language of Lenape.
