The young actress also revealed that one acting tip her mom strongly recommended, she said, "The biggest and most helpful tip she (Sridevi) has given me, is to work hard and feel every emotion and that's what I've tried to do". "What Rinku did with that character, I don't think any other actor can even touch it".

Janhvi will be the newest face from the Anil-Boney Kapoor household to be part of Bollywood. "Firstly, sorry I'm not there in Mumbai but I'm by your side, don't worry", Arjun tweeted late on Sunday. "It's not gonna be easy but I know you are ready for all the madness that will ensue", he added.

Arjun Kapoor, who is London, had written a special message for her. Arjun wrote, "All the best for #Dhadak!".
