Oppo says that the system can pop out in just 0.5 seconds which is pretty nice, although it must be noted, that such a system that's dependant on moving parts would be prone to wear and tear over time. It will also support expandable storage via microSD card.

Other than the pop-up camera tray, the Oppo Find X comes with the usual mix of specs for a high-end flagship. It is priced at 999 Euros (approximately $1,155) and will be available for purchase starting from August. A China event is scheduled for June 29.

While it's mainly the same device as the standard OPPO Find X, the Lamborghini special edition gets a dark carbon-fibre pattern underneath its 3D glass back.

The 3D Face recognition of O-Face has a higher level of security than fingerprint identification, it claimed.

Cleveland Cavaliers Interested In Trading For Kemba Walker
All of this information is certainly exciting, however, keep in mind that LeBron has in no way made his decision yet. OK, that kinda stinks (you got me), but keeping LeBron is worth every roster-altering risk.

Disney increases bid for Murdoch's Fox assets

The iPhone X has Face ID, and Oppo has O-Face Recognition.

On the Oppo Find X, none of its three cameras are visible before you open the camera app. As noted above Oppo says this is 20 times more secure than using a fingerprint sensor for a device unlock, and there's no need to add smudges to your device. The rear cameras are 16MP and 20MP units while the front camera is a 25MP shooter.

Talking about the hardware, the device comes with a 6.42-inch dual curved AMOLED display with Full HD+ resolution nad 19.5:9 aspect ratio. There's also an IR sensor that lets O-Face work in the dark as well.

It said that the 3D structured light module in Find X can project 15,000 dots, building a precise and complete 3D module of a user's face, and then compares with the registered face of the owner to unlock. Oppo also calls the display a Panoramic Arc Screen, which combines two pieces of glass with the front display to create a panoramic view effect. The company is calling it 3D Omoji, and it lets you choose a amusing image or create a personal cartoon image to mimic your facial expression in real time. The phone comes preloaded with Android 8.1 Oreo and not too surprising, ColorOS still runs on top of it, which I haven't been too fond of it's recent iterations due to the similarities it has with iOS. Qualcomm's Snapdragon 845 takes center stage, with the chipset paired with 8 GB of RAM and a healthy 256 GB of storage. There's 512GB internal storage offered on the phone as well, with no storage expansion. Oppo has integrated a tiny motorized mechanism into the top panel of the Find X to incorporate a notch less all screen design. Up front, the smartphone houses a 25-megapixel camera for selfies with 3D scan support. That's thanks to Oppo's proprietary Super VOOC Flash fast battery charging technology that we saw in action back when it was just a concept. The connectivity features of the smartphone will include 4G VoLTE, dual-SIM support, NFC, Bluetooth 5, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Global Positioning System and USB-Type C.
