So there isn't a lot of new information here, although adding a shopping mall to the small town of Hawkins, Indiana is a natural step.

According to the almost 90-second video, the new mall "opens next summer" -a possible hint that the show's third season will be released in summer 2019. Including The Gap, Waldenbooks, Sam Goody, Claire's and more! "So come on down and remember, Starcourt Mall has it all!"

A teaser trailer for the third season of Netflix's hit series Stranger Things has hit the web, and it's as cryptic as ever.

And viewers were graced with a little sneak-peak at Steve Harrington in the clip, working hard at his new job - at Scoops Ahoy Ice Cream Parlour - alongside newcomer Robin, aka Ethan Hawke's daughter Maya.

Plus, the new mall setting, tied in with the 80s setting, has us immediately thinking about Dawn Of The Dead. This is a teaser for season 3, and that mall may be of some significance.

Man accused of killing officer, bystander to be arraigned
Police say the suspect crashed a vehicle , fled the scene, and was later discovered by Chesna allegedly vandalizing a home. The suspect, Emanuel Lopes, was arrested and is expected to be arraigned on two counts of homicide Monday, reports stated.

The date may disappoint fans as it is later than expected.

Stranger Things season 3 will see the pre-teen gang embrace the "poppy fun" of their summer vacation, and where better to do that than at the mall? What we know for sure is that the upcoming season takes place during the summer of 1985 and that it will focus very specifically on that period of time.

And while this isn't a traditional trailer for Stranger Things 3, it does suggest that the Starcourt Mall will be an important part of the plot when the new episodes are released later this year. They won't rush things and sacrifice quality to meet a deadline.

Her name? Robin (Maya Hawke), who can be seen dolling out ice cream in the vintage, retro-inspired promo for Stranger Things down below.
